IT support
You can book via WhatsApp, phone or email. On the IT support page you'll find a button to get in touch directly. We discuss what's going on beforehand and whether on-site or remote help works best.
For on-site help I charge €8.50 per quarter hour (€34 per hour), plus €20 travel costs in Noord-Brabant or €30 outside the province. Remote support starts with a €10 setup fee; after that €8.50 per quarter hour applies. No minimum charge - I always discuss exact costs upfront.

Yes. Many issues I resolve via a secure screen-sharing session. That saves travel time and often works just as well as on-site help - ideal for software, email or settings questions.
Websites & web design
I design and build responsive custom websites, mainly with WordPress and Elementor. Think business sites, portfolios and landing pages - visually strong, fast and readable on mobile and desktop.
That depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback are available. A simple site can be ready in a few weeks; larger projects we plan in phases together. After an intro call I give a realistic timeline.
Yes. I help with updates, small changes, technical issues and improving existing pages. Even if someone else built your site, I'm happy to see what's needed.
Absolutely. Every website I build is responsive: layout, text and buttons adapt to phone, tablet and desktop. That's standard, not an add-on.
